Building and managing
Workflows are built, paused and edited by the venue in a visual drag-and-drop flow, with step metrics to see what is working.
When you'd use it
To create and maintain journeys without developer help.
How it behaves
Build the journey visually, node by node, on a canvas, and see the whole path at a glance. Begin from a ready-made template, chosen by goal such as onboarding, retention, reactivation, engagement or loyalty, and tweak it rather than starting from a blank canvas. Activate it when ready, and pause or edit it at any time.
Each step shows its metrics, so you can see how many guests entered, are waiting, completed or dropped out, alongside a conversion rate, and open any run to see its timeline. An AI read can explain a whole flow in plain English. Set a re-entry cool-down so a guest is not pulled back in too soon, and scope a workflow to specific venues.
The four that earn their keep fastest are a Wi-Fi welcome, a birthday offer, a cancelled-booking win-back and a post-visit thank-you, each with a ready-made template. Set one up once and it runs in the background; a check-in every few months keeps the copy right.

Good to know
Editing a live workflow affects guests currently moving through it.
It is not fire-and-forget forever: a periodic review keeps journeys doing what you want.
An AI read can explain a flow in plain English if you want a second pair of eyes.
