Delivery, tracking and consent

Sends go only to guests who opted in, deliver from a verified address, and report opens, clicks and the bookings that followed.

When you'd use it

To understand deliverability, measurement and the consent rules behind every send.

How it behaves

Emails send from the venue’s own verified sending address, and only reach guests opted in to email; SMS only reaches guests opted in to text. The platform runs the sending infrastructure, manages bounces, and helps authenticate the sending domain with DKIM so more mail lands where it should.

Email tracking records delivery, opens and clicks, down to which link was clicked and a click-map over the email, plus the most engaged contacts. Where bookings are connected, the report estimates the covers and revenue a send drove from a spend-per-head figure you set. SMS reports delivery and opt-outs.

Good to know

  • Deliverability also depends on the sending domain being authenticated; no one can promise the inbox every time.

  • Revenue figures are estimates from a spend-per-head figure and connected bookings, not measured takings.

  • Unsubscribes and opt-outs are honoured, so a guest who withdraws is dropped from future sends.
