Automated rewards and enrolment
Guests can be brought into the programme without a separate sign-up, and points can be awarded automatically off connected activity.
When you'd use it
To grow membership passively and to reward the moments that matter, such as a welcome or a guest who has not visited in a while.
How it behaves
Auto-enrol brings guests into the scheme without a separate sign-up, and a welcome balance can be granted on sign-up. Guests join from the Wi-Fi sign-in, a QR code, at booking or at the till, and a link builder generates trackable sign-up and reward links with QR signage so you can measure where members come from. Referrals let an existing member bring a new guest in, with points for the referrer.
Points can be awarded automatically off connected activity, such as a completed booking, a completed order, a review left, a Wi-Fi sign-in, or a guest who has lapsed. These trigger-based rewards now run through Workflows, which supersede the earlier loyalty automations; existing schemes may still show legacy automations, and the product steers new setups to Workflows.

Good to know
Auto-enrol plus a welcome balance turns a first visit into a member with no extra step.
A lapsed-guest trigger (a guest not seen for a set period) is the built-in way to win custom back.
For time-based or behaviour-based nudges, build the rule in Workflows.
