Visit and spend history
The profile keeps a running picture of how often a guest visits, when they last came in, and what they have spent.
When you'd use it
To find your best guests, spot who is slipping away, and target by behaviour.
How it behaves
Four headline stats sit at the top of every profile: total spent, total visits, last visit and member since. Visit count and last visit update as a guest returns, and where payments are connected their spend adds up as a running total, with each order’s line items visible.
A thirty-day visit chart shows recent frequency at a glance, and recent orders, bookings and reviews each have their place lower down. These stats are what audiences filter on: frequency, recency and spend. A forward-looking value estimate is also offered as an AI insight.

Good to know
Spend history depends on payments being connected.
These stats are the raw material for segments like best guests or at-risk regulars.
