When you'd use it
When the standard views do not answer a specific question, or you need the raw numbers elsewhere.
How it behaves
Arrange the widgets that matter, across customers, marketing, reviews and transactions, into a dashboard laid out your way and saved for next time, filtered to the date range you choose, and print it to a PDF to share. For the raw numbers, individual reports, such as bookings, Wi-Fi, reviews, enquiries and loyalty, export to CSV.
A venue snapshot is a per-venue report of the headline numbers for a period, such as covers, opt-ins and new versus return guests, each shown against the period before, and it links straight into the fuller dashboards with the dates already set.

Exports are a snapshot at the time they are taken.
The custom dashboard prints to PDF; CSV exports come from the individual module reports.
