A payment has failed or is overdue
- Go to Account › Billing.
- Under Plan, check your Status. Past due means a payment has not gone through.
- Click Manage account to update your card or pay what is due.
The guest page tells guests the service resumes once payment is updated, so you do not need to change anything on your Wi-Fi.
You cannot see or change Billing
- Only Admin and the organisation owner see Billing. Ask one of them.
- The Billing page says one of these instead of your plan:
- Billing is managed by another company: your venues sit under a parent account. Contact them.
- Billing is handled by our team: email support, below.
You have paid and it still shows
Email support at agent@stampede.ai with:
- Your organisation and venue name.
- A screenshot of what guests see.
- When and how you paid.
Check it worked
On your own phone, join the guest Wi-Fi. Your login page opens instead of Account needs attention.
Good to know
- New owner or new company? Update the billing details so payments keep going through. See billing and invoices.
- Connection needs attention (Error 401) or Access restricted (Error 403) are not billing: they point to your network controller's login. See the Wi-Fi login page does not load.
- A whole account paused or ended? See subscription required or suspended.
- Leaving Stampede? Switch the login page off first. See turn off the Wi-Fi login page.
