In short: on the SnapGuard Health page, click Re-check. Every check should have a green dot.
Run the checks
- Choose your venue in the venue switcher, top left (on a phone, tap Menu first).
- Go to Wi-Fi › SnapGuard › Health.
- Click Re-check. Show additional checks shows more, each Pass or Fail.
What the checks mean
- VPN connected: the box can reach Stampede.
- API login: Stampede can sign in to the box.
- Provisioning active: the box is linked to this venue.
Waiting for a new box
SnapGuard only shows under Wi-Fi once a box is linked; until then you see Hardware. See order a box and track it or set up a new box.
Check it worked
Health says Healthy and every check has a green dot.
A check still fails
Email support at agent@stampede.ai with:
- A screenshot of Health, with Show additional checks open.
- Your venue name.
Good to know
- Support may ask for the serial, listed under Device.
- Only Admin, Moderator, Marketing, Reports and IT can see Wi-Fi.
