Build an audience to send to
Build a group of guests from conditions such as visits, tags, birthdays or email activity, preview who matches, then use it in campaigns.

In short: click New audience, add a quick start or your own conditions, click Preview, then Save.
Build an audience
- Go to Marketing › Audiences.
- Click New audience.
- Type a Name you will recognise.
- Pick one of the Quick starts, such as Lapsed regulars (no visit in the last 90 days) or Birthday this month. Or click Add condition, pick a condition and fill in its details.
- Add more conditions to narrow it. A guest must match every condition.
- Click Preview. You need to preview before you can save.
- Click Save.
Check it worked
It shows on Audiences with counts under Data, Email and SMS. The refresh button on its row updates them.
Good to know
- Deleting an audience does not delete any guest data.
- If your menu shows only Classic Audiences, your account uses the older builder, marked Deprecated.
- You can make an audience from a campaign report too, from the guests who opened or clicked.
- To download one, click the three dots, then Export data. See export your guest data.
- Only Admin, Moderator and Marketing can see Marketing.
