My email campaign has not sent

In short: usually something is missing. Open the campaign and read the message next to the send button. No message? Check its Status.

Find what is missing

1. Go to Marketing › Email Campaigns.
2. Open the campaign.
3. Read the message next to the send button and fix it, as below.
4. Click Send now, or the schedule button if Schedule for later is on.

Add a name, subject and sender first

Fill in Campaign name, Subject line and Send from. No sender to choose? Add a sender email address.

Choose an audience first

Pick one under Audience.

Design the email first

Click Edit email design, build the email, then click Done.

Approve this campaign first

Click Approve campaign. If you cannot, ask someone with the Admin role.

There is no message

Check the Status column on Email Campaigns:

• Draft: not sent yet. Scheduled: sends at the time you picked. Sending: on its way.
• Failed or Cancelled: will not send.
• Paused automation: click the three dots, then Resume automation.

Check it worked

The report opens and the status shows Sending or Sent. A scheduled campaign shows Scheduled.

If that does not fix it

Status Failed, or stuck at Scheduled or Sending after the send time?

Email support at agent@stampede.ai with:

• The campaign name and its status.
• A screenshot of the campaign page, including the message by the send button.
• When you sent or scheduled it.

Good to know

• If Send from says the sender email has not been verified, the email goes from a default Stampede address until you verify it. See emails going to spam.
• A sent campaign opens its report, so to send it again click the three dots on its row, then Duplicate.
• To stop a scheduled campaign, click the three dots on its row, then Cancel schedule.
