Manage Wi-Fi across several venues
How venue choice works in the Wi-Fi menu, what is shared across venues and what you set up for each one.

In short: most Wi-Fi settings belong to one venue, so choose the venue first in the venue switcher, top left.
Choose a venue
The venue switcher, top left, shows All venues when none is picked. On a phone, tap Menu to see it. If you click a Wi-Fi item, such as Captive Portal Surveys, with no venue picked, type in Find venue… and click the venue.
See all your venues
Go to Wi-Fi, then choose All venues. The Online card counts sites online and offline, and the Estate list shows each site's State.
Check it worked
The venue switcher shows the venue name, and SnapGuard or Hardware appears under Wi-Fi.
Good to know
- Captive Portal Settings, Captive Portal Branding and Captive Portal Upsell are set per venue.
- Survey questions are shared, and turned on per venue.
- Each venue shows SnapGuard or Hardware, depending on its kit, once picked.

- Only Admin, Moderator, Marketing, Reports and IT can see Wi-Fi.
