See your Square Loyalty programme and members

In short: Square POS › Square Loyalty shows your programme and members, live from Square. Set it up and change it in Square.

See your programme

1. Go to Square POS › Square Loyalty. With several accounts, pick one in the top bar.
2. Programme shows Active, what Points are called and your Reward tiers.
3. Members shows each Name, Points and Enrolled since date.

If you see a message

• Reconnect to enable Square Loyalty: click Reconnect Square, sign in and allow access.
• No Square Loyalty programme or Square Loyalty isn't active: set it up or turn it on in Square.
• No venues are mapped to this Square account yet.: map a location on Square POS › Overview. The message says Table Mappings, but locations are mapped on Overview. See connect Square.

Check it worked

The programme shows with its tiers, and members are listed.

• Running at only some locations? The page shows Active at and which venues.
• Bookings overlap is not available yet.
• This is separate from Stampede's own Loyalty.
