In short: with your own Wi-Fi kit, Hardware shows IP Leases for device IP addresses or Connections for guest logins, depending on your kit.
See IP addresses
- Choose your venue in the venue switcher, top left (on a phone, tap Menu first).
- Go to Wi-Fi › Hardware › IP Leases.
- Type in Search leases..., or pick a network from All Networks.
- To monitor a device, click the plus button on its row.
See guest connections
With your venue chosen, go to Wi-Fi › Hardware › Connections. Each row shows the guest, their device and when they connected.
Check it worked
IP Leases shows the devices you expect. Connections shows a new row after you log in to the guest Wi-Fi on your own phone.
The page is empty
No active leases, or Connections stays empty? Check connect your own Wi-Fi hardware. Email support at agent@stampede.ai with:
- Your venue name.
- Your router or access point make and model.
- A screenshot of the page.
Good to know
- Connections shows Connection events only, not data use or when guests leave. For that you need a SnapGuard box or UniFi.
- Monitored devices show Online or Offline. Everything else shows Active.
- IP Leases only shows for some routers. Other kit shows Sessions or Connections instead. With a SnapGuard box, you see SnapGuard, not Hardware.
- Only Admin, Moderator, Marketing, Reports and IT can see Wi-Fi.
