Guests cannot book online for a certain party size
If no table or combination fits a party size, that size stops being offered online. Add one that fits.

In short: either the party size is outside the allowed range, or no table or combination seats it. Check Party sizes, then tables.
Fix it
- Go to Bookings › Booking Types, then choose your venue.
- Click Edit on the type.
- Check Party sizes includes that size.
- Under Tables and availability, check something seats that size: a selected table or combination if Custom table selection is on, otherwise a table in Tables.
- For a large group, check a combination fits and is allowed for this type.
- Click Save if you changed anything.
No booking types? Check Minimum party size and Maximum party size in Bookings › Main Settings › Party Sizes.
Check it worked
On your booking page, pick that type and party size. Times now show.
If that does not fix it
Email support at agent@stampede.ai with:
- The booking type.
- The party size guests cannot book.
Good to know
- Only Admin, Moderator, General Manager and Reports can open Booking Types. Bookings Manager, FOH, Marketing and IT cannot see it.
