Join tables into combinations

In short: go to Bookings › Combinations, click Create combination, pick at least two tables that push together, then save.

Create the combination

1. Go to Bookings › Combinations, then choose your venue.
2. Click Create combination. It is Active, so bookable once saved.
3. Under Tables in this combination, pick tables that sit beside each other, then click Done.
4. Check the Name, Min capacity and Max capacity (filled from the tables).
5. Pick any Amenities: Highchair, Buggy space or Wheelchair access.
6. Click Create combination.

Limit it to some booking types

Every booking type without Custom table selection can use it. To limit it:

1. Go to Bookings › Booking Types, then choose your venue.
2. Click Edit on the type.
3. Under Tables and availability, turn on Custom table selection.
4. Click Select combinations, tick the ones it can use, then click Done.
5. Click Save.

Check it worked

On your booking page, try a party size only the combination fits. If times show, it is live, and the Day Planner holds its tables as one booking.

Good to know

• Party size missing online? See party size not showing.
• Only Admin, Moderator, General Manager and Reports can open Combinations. Bookings Manager, FOH, Marketing and IT cannot see it.
