New sign-ups appear again
The box is offline
- Go to Wi-Fi, then choose your venue.
- Check the status, top right. Offline means no guest can see the login page, so sign-ups stop completely.
- Check the box is plugged in, powered and cabled, then follow your SnapGuard box is offline.
The guest network is not live
- On your own phone, look for the guest Wi-Fi and join it.
- No login page? Follow the login page does not load.
- New router or internet provider lately? Follow after an internet or router change.
The report range is wrong
- Open your Wi-Fi report and check the date range and the venue filter before concluding capture is broken. See Wi-Fi reports.
Check it worked
Join the guest Wi-Fi yourself and complete the login page: your visit shows as a sign-up in the report.
If that does not fix it
Email support at agent@stampede.ai with:
- The venue name.
- When sign-ups stopped.
- Any recent change on site, such as new internet, building work or moved kit.
Good to know
- Returning guests often reconnect without seeing the login page, so a quiet week can still be full of real guests.
- A month of zero sign-ups at a busy venue nearly always means the box lost power or internet and nobody noticed.
- Only Admin, Moderator, Marketing, Reports and IT can see Wi-Fi.
