The email editor will not load, save or keeps an old version

Your changes went missing

1. In a campaign, leave the editor with Done, which saves first. The back arrow next to it does not save.
2. Click Save as you go. Autosave saves every minute while it is on. If the top bar says Autosave off, turn its switch on.
3. Keep the email open in one tab, and let one person edit it at a time. An older tab left open can save over newer work.
4. To bring back an earlier version of a campaign, click Revision history (the clock button), choose a version, then click Restore this revision.

Templates have no Revision history and no autosave, so click Save before you leave a template.

It stays on Loading the email builder

1. Refresh the page.
2. Sign out, then sign back in.
3. Try Chrome, or another computer.

It will not save

You see Failed to save with the campaign name, Autosave failed or Error saving template.

1. Check your internet connection.
2. Click save again. Save already in progress... means the last save has not finished, so wait for it.
3. Still failing? Refresh, check what was kept, and redo any missing changes.

Check it worked

After a refresh, your latest changes are still there.
