Link a Facebook page to a venue

Check it worked
You see Connected to Meta, Page linked or Synced at each stage. A synced form shows Synced with the time.
If something goes wrong
- No ad accounts found or No Meta pages found: click Refresh connection, sign in to Meta again in the new tab, then reload the Meta page.
- No leadgen forms on your Meta account for this page. means Meta has no lead forms on that page.
- To start again, click Re-connect at the top of the page.
Email support at agent@stampede.ai with:
- Your organisation name.
- The Meta page or form name.
- What you expected to see, and what you see instead.
Good to know
- Removing an ad account (the bin button on its row, then Remove) removes its synced data from Stampede too, but you can connect it again later.
- Sync only shows when a form has never synced or last synced more than three hours ago.
- To unlink a page, open its Linked venue menu, then click Unlink page.
- To send your guests to Meta as an ad audience, see create Meta custom audiences.
- Only Admin, Moderator and Marketing can see Marketing.
