Add a Book button to your website, Instagram and Google

In short: make a tracked link in Link Builder for your website and Instagram, and switch Online on in Google Integration for Google.

Website and Instagram

1. Build a link in Link Builder for each place, with UTM source set to it, such as website or instagram.
2. Ask whoever runs your website to add a Book a table button that opens the link, at the top of every page, the menu page and the contact page. Iframe embeds are no longer supported.
3. Paste a short link with UTM source set to instagram wherever Instagram allows a link, such as your bio.

Google

1. Go to Bookings › Google Integration, then choose your venue.
2. Under Basic configuration, switch Online on.
3. Click Save configuration.

Google takes no payment. Turn on Chase deposits and card details to email guests a payment link (needs Stripe or Square connected). See Google bookings.

Track bookings

1. Go to Bookings › Tracking, then choose your venue.
2. Add your GA4 measurement ID or Facebook pixel ID under Tracking pixels, then click Save.

For what each one records, see track bookings with Meta Pixel and Google Analytics.

Check it worked

Each link opens your booking page on your phone. Reporting shows bookings by UTM source.

Good to know

• Each booking type and event also has its own Web link.
