Bookings
The diary, the booking widget, and the back-of-house management for table reservations.
What is it?
Bookings is the operator-facing diary — every reservation, every walk-in, every party size and table assignment. Each booking ties together the guest, the venue, what they spend, and the conversation around the visit, so nothing has to be re-entered downstream.
The same diary powers the public booking page your guests see, the back-of-house console your staff use, and the third-party feeds that flow in. One booking, three surfaces.
Every reservation also flows into the guest profile — visit history, lifetime spend and tags update in real time, so the team welcoming a returning regular knows it.

Element features
Reservations and walk-ins land on the same screen as they happen. Status, party size, allergens, deposits — visible at a glance.
Public pages served on the venue’s own URL, SEO-indexed. No per-cover fees, no third-party redirect.
Take payment at the booking step. Pre-orders attach to the same record so prep starts before the guest sits down.
Every booking adds to the guest’s profile — visit history, lifetime spend and tags update on the spot.
Third-party reservation feeds — DoorDash, Bookatable, group networks — land in the same diary alongside direct bookings. One source of truth, no double entry.
Guests join a waitlist for a booking experience when no times are available.
FAQs
Yes. The Bookings surface covers the same diary, floor-plan, deposit and waitlist workflows. The difference is that every booking writes to the Guest Profile, not a closed reservation system that the venue can’t query freely.
Yes. Walk-ins sit in the same diary as reservations and feed the same guest history. If the host grabs a phone number or email at the door, the walk-in links to that guest’s profile straight away.
Zero. Stampede does not charge per cover, per booking, or per channel. The booking page is on the venue’s own domain and the data belongs to the venue.
Yes. Each reservation is tied to a venue, but the guest behind it is shared across your group — so someone visiting four sites in the same estate shows up as one regular with four visits, not four separate strangers.
From the floor
“We came off OpenTable in a weekend. The diary feels the same to the host team but the data side is a different planet — we can finally see who actually comes back.”
