Guest Wi-Fi
Ask guests a survey question when they log in
Add yes or no survey cards to your Wi-Fi login and see how guests answered.

In short: in Captive Portal Surveys, click New question, type it and click Create and enable. Guests swipe yes or no.
Add a question
- Go to Wi-Fi › Captive Portal Surveys, then choose your venue.
- Click New question and type your Question. Add a picture under Image or video if you like.
- Click Create and enable.
Manage questions
Under Enabled, drag to reorder or click Remove. Under Available questions, click Add to use one.
See the answers
Click Reports. Survey Reports shows Total, Yes and No per question.
Check it worked
On your own phone, your question appears as a card during the guest Wi-Fi login.
Good to know
- Questions are shared across venues, and turned on per venue.
- Surveys only show on free Wi-Fi.
- Only Admin, Moderator, Marketing, Reports and IT can see Wi-Fi.
