Compare covers and deposits across your venues in Reports
See covers served, arrivals, course timings and allergies, then deposits collected against agreed, across your venues.

In short: open Reports › Bookings for covers and arrivals, or Reports › Deposits for deposits collected against agreed.
Bookings
- Go to Reports › Bookings.
- Read Covers served, Bookings, Average party and Median dwell.
- Scroll for arrival times and busiest days. Allergies flagged shows when guests flagged allergies.
- Courses fired through Square? See the course timings, such as Starter to main.
Deposits
- Go to Reports › Deposits.
- Read Collected, Agreed, Outstanding and Tendered.
- Deposits on bookings and at enquiry? Compare them in Collected against agreed, by stage.
Check it worked
Change the dates or venues at the top. The figures change with them.
Good to know
- To chase individual deposits, see see your deposits and charges.
- For bookings filtered by status or booking type, see booking reports.
- Without Square, Reports shows only Interactions, plus Review detail for roles that can see Reviews.
- Only Admin, Moderator, Reports and Marketing can see Reports.
