The login page does not appear
- In your phone's Wi-Fi settings, forget the venue's network.
- Join it again and wait a few seconds for the login page to open.
- If nothing opens, open your browser and go to any website.
Still nothing? Tell the venue team. Their Wi-Fi kit may need a restart.
The page shows a message
Account needs attention, Connection needs attention or Access restricted
Something in the venue's own setup needs checking, and only the venue can fix it. Tell a member of the venue team what you saw. They can contact us.
Session Expired, or This Wi-Fi session needs a quick refresh
Tap Start over, or reconnect to the Wi-Fi and open the page again. If you already paid, you do not need to pay again. Use the same email address as before.
Taking longer than expected
The page is waiting for the venue's Wi-Fi to let you on. Give it a minute. If it then shows a message, tap Start over.
You paid but cannot add a device
Each Wi-Fi plan covers a set number of devices.
- On the new device, open Register a device on the login page.
- Enter the email address you paid with.
- If it says No valid payment profile for your email, check it is the email you paid with. If it is, every device on the plan is in use, so ask the venue team to remove one you no longer use.
If the login page shows My device slots, you can also tap Remove next to a device there.
Check it worked
The login page shows Connecting you to the internet, then you can browse.
Good to know
- The venue runs its own Wi-Fi and decides how it works, so the venue team is always the first people to ask.
- If you tell the venue team, include the venue name, the message you saw and roughly when.
- Venue staff: see guests cannot connect and guests log in but cannot get online.
