Connect a UniFi controller

In short: add your UniFi server once for your organisation, then map each UniFi site to the venue it serves.

Add your server

You need the controller's address and an admin username and password. Your IT provider can help.

1. Go to Marketplace & API › Apps › UniFi.
2. Click Add first server, or Add server if you already have one.
3. Enter the Server address, Username and Password, then click Add server.

Map sites to venues

1. Under Servers, click Manage on your server.
2. Click Map venues.
3. Pick the venue each UniFi site serves. You see Assigned when it saves.

Check it worked

Join the venue's guest Wi-Fi on your phone. The login page should open.

If it does not work

• Authentication failed: check the username and password with your IT provider.
• Some servers need attention: click Fix on the server and update its details.

Email support at agent@stampede.ai with:

• Your UniFi server address.
• The site and venue that are not working.
• Contact details for your IT provider.

Good to know

• Manage on a server also shows its health and lets you change its login.

• FOH and IT cannot see Marketplace & API.
