Offer wallet passes

In short: switch on Offer wallet passes in Wallets › Settings so guests keep their booking in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

Turn it on

1. Go to Bookings › Wallets › Settings, then choose your venue.
2. Switch on Offer wallet passes and pick a Default card style. Both save straight away.
3. To change a booking type or event, open it under Booking types or Events, then choose On or Off and a Card style.
4. Click Save followed by its name.

Design a card

1. Go to Bookings › Wallets › Passes, then choose your venue.
2. Click New card style.
3. Set it up, then click Create card style.

See who added one

Go to Bookings › Wallets › Downloads, then choose your venue. It shows each pass as On device, Removed, Not added or Voided (the booking was cancelled, deleted or marked no-show).

Good to know

• While you see Apple adds are not measurable right now, Apple Wallet adds are not counted and iPhone guests are missing from the list. Google Wallet counts still show.
• Left on Inherit, booking types follow the venue, and events follow the booking's type (or the venue when it has none).
• Passes update when the booking changes. Turning passes off stops new ones, but added passes stay and keep updating.
• FOH, Bookings Manager, Marketing and IT cannot see Wallets.
