Stop a table or area being booked online

In short: switch the table off in Tables, then remove it from booking types with Custom table selection and from combinations.

Pause the table

1. Go to Bookings › Tables, then choose your venue.
2. Pick the area's tab and turn off the switch on the table's row.

To pause a whole area, use the switch beside All tables active.

Remove it from booking types

1. Go to Bookings › Booking Types, then choose your venue.
2. Click Edit on a type.
3. If Custom table selection is on, remove the table from Available tables and any Table combinations.
4. Click Save, top right. Repeat for each active booking type.

Check your combinations

Go to Bookings › Combinations and turn off any combination that uses the table.

Good to know

• A type with Custom table selection on can still offer a paused table, if the table is hand-picked in that type.
• For a few hours or days, use Block time on the Day Planner instead. See block tables or time.
• Hidden from day planner on an area only hides it from your view. It does not stop bookings, and makes them hard to find.
• FOH, Bookings Manager, Marketing and IT cannot see Tables or Combinations.
