Restore archived areas, tables and booking types

In short: go to Bookings › Archived, choose your venue, find the item, then click Restore.

Restore an archived item

1. Go to Bookings › Archived, then choose your venue.
2. Archived areas show first. For others, click Tables, Combinations, Booking Types or Special Dates under Archived.
3. For tables, click the tab of the area the table was in.
4. Find the item, or type its name in Search archived….
5. Click Restore on its row.

Check it worked

It leaves the archived list and shows again on its normal settings page, such as Tables or Booking Types.

If something goes wrong

The list is empty

A message such as Archived areas will appear here. means nothing of that kind has been archived at this venue. Check you chose the right venue.

The table's area has no tab

Only active areas have a tab. If the table's area is archived too, restore the area first.

Email support at agent@stampede.ai with:

• Your organisation and venue name.
• The name of the item you want back.
• Roughly when it was archived.

Good to know

• After you restore a booking type, check its times and settings are still right.
• Only Admin, Moderator, General Manager, Bookings Manager, FOH and Reports can see Bookings.
