Connect OpenTable

In short: enter your OpenTable Client ID and Client Secret, test them, map each restaurant to a venue, then click Save.

Set it up

1. Go to Marketplace & API › Apps › OpenTable.
2. Under API credentials, enter the OAuth2 Client ID and Client Secret from OpenTable.
3. Click Test credentials and wait for Credentials valid, bearer token stored.
4. Under Venue mappings, click Add venue.
5. Enter the OpenTable restaurant ID and choose its Stampede venue. Repeat for each restaurant.
6. Click Save at the top of the page.

Check it worked

The top shows Connected. The next day, yesterday's OpenTable bookings appear in Stampede.

If it does not work

• Credential test failed: check both credentials with OpenTable, then test again.
• Save stays greyed out: fill in both credentials, add at least one mapping, and give every mapping an OpenTable restaurant ID.

Email support at agent@stampede.ai with:

• Your OpenTable restaurant IDs.
• The Stampede venue each should map to.
• A screenshot of the error.

Good to know

• The sync runs once a day for the previous day's bookings, so new bookings are not instant.
• OpenTable guests become customer profiles in Stampede.
• FOH and IT cannot see Marketplace & API.
