Private hire enquiry
A private hire enquiry is a request from a guest to book a private dining room, an area or a whole venue for a party, celebration or corporate event. Unlike a standard table booking, it usually needs a conversation about date, numbers, budget and menu, a proposal and a deposit before it is confirmed.
How stampede does it.
Every hire enquiry lands on one board, from the website enquiry form or added by hand, as a card with the guest, party size, date and budget. The team assigns an owner, moves it from pending to in progress to tentative to booked, and sends a deposit link that chases itself. Once confirmed, it becomes a booking on the day planner.
