Pre-order
A pre-order is food and drink a guest chooses before they arrive, usually when they book or in the days before their visit. The kitchen sees the order ahead of service, so it can prep in advance, and large parties sit down to a meal that is already decided and often already paid for.
How stampede does it.
Guests pick from the venue’s menu, with modifiers and split-pay, when they book or any time before they arrive. The order is recorded against the booking so the kitchen can prep ahead. Pre-order menus are built from the venue’s Square items, and hosts see each pre-order itemised on every order view, including the live till order.
