One guest card for staff, a profile page for guests

Summary
One guest card across bookings, inbox, loyalty, campaign reports and Wi-Fi, and a profile page where guests set their own marketing choices.
Staff see the same guest wherever they look them up, and guests can manage their own details and choices.
The same card, wherever you look
Staff meet the same guest on different screens: a booking, an inbox thread, a loyalty balance, a campaign report, the Wi-Fi client list. Those screens now open the same guest card, so the person on the other end looks the same wherever you find them.
The card brings identity, consent, tags, visits and spend, loyalty, recent orders and marketing history into one place. Open it from booking details before a big table arrives and you can see whether they are a regular, what they ordered last time and whether they have agreed to hear from you. Open it from an inbox thread and the reply starts from that context rather than a guess.
It is also the overview at the top of the customer page, so the quick look and the full record agree with each other.
A profile page for the guest
The other side of the same record belongs to the guest. Guests sign in with a code sent to their email, see and edit their details, and choose email and SMS marketing separately for each business they are opted in with. They can also delete their account from the same page, and it follows the light or dark setting on their phone.
For a venue this is practical. A guest who wants fewer messages can switch off one channel for one business, rather than unsubscribing from everything or emailing the venue to ask. Consent sits on the guest card too, so the team can see what a guest has agreed to before anyone reaches out.
What to do on the screen
Open a booking for tonight and open the guest card from it. Check visits, spend and consent before the party arrives.
Open a conversation in the inbox and open the guest from there. You will see the same card.
Open a campaign report or the Wi-Fi client list and open any guest to check the record matches.
One honest note: marketing choices on the profile page are set per business. A guest opted in with two businesses on Stampede switches each one on or off separately, which is the point, but it means one switch does not clear everything.
If anything on the card looks wrong for one of your guests, let us know and we will take a look.
