Email support at agent@stampede.ai with:
- The venue, visit date and any missing booking reference.
- The preset and paper.
- A photo of the result.
Good to know
- Pre-orders need a venue. Quick print works on All venues.
- FOH and IT cannot open Place cards. It sits under Ordering, so you only see it once ordering is set up.
- Export › CSV lists pre-order guests and choices. It has no PDF and skips quick prints.
- Save as… › Save preset keeps your measurements for the venue.
- For kitchen counts, see print a pre-order run sheet.
