See what a menu sold and report across venues

Open a menu's report for takings, best sellers and busy hours, or use Orders for totals by venue or across your group.

1 min read

In short: click the chart button on a menu's row for its report. For group totals, filter Orders by Date placed under All venues.

See what a menu sold

  1. Go to Ordering › Menus.
  2. Click the chart button (What this menu sold). On a phone, tap the three dots, then Report.
  3. It opens on the current trading day. Pick a Day, From and To for another.
  4. Click PDF to print or save.

It shows Takings, Orders, Average basket, Items, takings by hour, sales by category, Best sellers and Pairs by basket.

See totals across venues

  1. Go to Ordering › Orders, then choose All venues or one venue.
  2. Click Filters, set Filter dates by to Date placed, then set From and To. The default, Booking date, only matches pre-orders.
  3. Click Load more until the whole period is loaded.
  4. Read Orders, Value, Open and, with pre-orders, Guests. Or click Export (wide screens) for a CSV.

Check it worked

The report date and the Orders filters match the period you meant.

Need help?

Email support at agent@stampede.ai with:

  • The menu and venue.
  • The dates.
  • The wrong figure and what you expected.

Good to know

  • Value leaves out cancelled orders.
  • Category sales include modifiers and discounts. Service charge, tip and tax are not split.
  • Best sellers use the name at the time, so a renamed item shows twice.
  • Hours with no orders are not plotted, so quiet and closed look the same.
  • Food hall menus group sales by vendor, not category.
