Wi-Fi opt-in rate
A Wi-Fi opt-in rate is the percentage of guests who agree to receive marketing when they log in to a venue’s guest Wi-Fi. It is worked out by dividing marketing opt-ins by total logins over a period. It shows how much of a venue’s footfall becomes a contact that the venue can legitimately reach again.
How stampede does it.
The opt-in is captured up front, as the guest connects, rather than buried at the end of the flow, which is why venues see far higher opt-in than a bolt-on capture page. 89% is the average opt-in across all Stampede guest networks. Consent is stored against the guest, ready for a welcome, loyalty and a review request.
