Guest segmentation
Guest segmentation is the practice of dividing a venue’s guest list into groups based on behaviour and attributes, such as how recently they visited, when their birthday falls, where they live or what they told you. Each group can then get a message that fits it, instead of one campaign sent to everyone.
How stampede does it.
Audiences stack conditions such as visited in the last month, has a tag or opened the last campaign, or are described in plain English and assembled for you. They cover visits, email engagement, tags, birthdays, postcode area and form answers, are rebuilt from live data on every send, and only ever include guests who opted in.
