Digital loyalty card
A digital loyalty card is a stamp card or points card on a guest’s phone, in a wallet app or a venue’s own app. Guests earn stamps or points as they visit and spend, then redeem rewards. It cannot be lost like paper, and the venue can see how often each member returns.
How stampede does it.
The loyalty card sits in Apple or Google Wallet, with nothing for guests to download, and earns points as they spend, straight off the till. Points can also be earned for visits, reviews and Wi-Fi logins. Rewards are redeemed with a unique code the team applies at the till, and sign-up takes the email and the marketing opt-in in one step.
