See gift card sales in Gifting reports
See the value and number of gift cards that are active, redeemed, unpaid or refunded, for all cards and each card type.

In short: go to Gifting › Reports and pick your dates to see your gift cards' value by status.
Read the report
- Go to Gifting › Reports.
- Pick your dates. It starts on this month.
- Read All Cards, then each card's value of Active, Redeemed, Unpaid and Refunded cards.
To change a card, click Setup beside its name.
Check it worked
The dates under the title match your range.
It says No gift card data
Nothing was sold or redeemed in that period. Pick a wider date range.

- Only Admin can see Gifting.
