Phone bookings

Your venue gets its own phone number, answered every time by a voice assistant that knows your live availability. It takes the booking during the call, confirms it like any online booking, and saves a full transcript against the record. Guests who prefer to phone get an answer even mid-service, and your team never leaves the floor. Choose the voice and accent that fits your venue; no new hardware or phone line needed.

What's new

Three you may not have switched on.

The three newest additions to the platform. If they are not on your account yet, they are one conversation away.

  • BookingsLoyalty

    Wallet booking confirmations

Your venue in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. A booking confirmation becomes a branded pass that lives where your guests already look, on the lock screen, with no app to download. Loyalty cards go in alongside it.

    • Passes are generated from your brand kit, so every one looks like your venue rather than a generic ticket.
    • A booking pass carries the date, time and party size, and updates itself when the booking changes.
    • Reminders surface on the lock screen ahead of the booking, so fewer tables go unfilled.
    • Loyalty cards join the wallet too, with points and rewards updating in real time, and downloads you can measure.

  • Bookings

    Phone bookings

An AI host on your venue's phone line. It answers instantly, checks your live availability and books tables straight into the day planner, so a busy Friday service or a two in the morning enquiry never costs you a booking.

    • Answers in under a second, any hour of any day, greeting callers by your venue name.
    • Real bookings, not messages. It offers your actual times and booking types and creates the booking on the spot, tagged as a phone booking.
    • Names and email addresses are confirmed letter by letter, so the confirmation always lands.
    • You choose how it answers: let it take everything, or have it step in only when nobody picks up.
    • Every call is logged with its duration, outcome and a full transcript.
    New

    Ticketed events

Sell tickets for anything you host: supper clubs, tastings, live music, New Year's Eve. Create the event, set the price, and take payment upfront inside the booking system you already run.

    • Name it, date it, price it, cap the numbers. Single evenings or a recurring series, a whole-venue takeover or a dozen seats at the bar.
    • Tickets are paid for at purchase rather than promised at the door, so an empty seat is no longer an unpaid one.
    • Event guests appear in the same day planner as your table bookings, so service sees one picture of the night.
    • Every ticket buyer lands in your guest book with their history, ready for the next campaign.
