Pricing

What you pay.

One flat price per venue

The whole platform, priced per venue and sized to your estate on one call.

  • You get the number in the first conversation, flat per venue
  • Wi-Fi capture, loyalty, reviews and marketing included, not add-ons
  • No per-cover fees, ever
  • Your guest data is yours to keep and export at any time
ResDiary

Flat subscription, plus add-ons

Commission-free per-site plans (Connect, Express, Pro, Ultimate). Prices are now quote-only.

  • Genuinely commission-free on direct bookings (we do not dispute this)
  • Plan prices are not published, so pricing is quote-based
  • Add-ons on top: CRM/marketing, POS and PMS integration at £10 a month each; Order & Pay, gift vouchers, ResPhone and Event Manager at £35 a month each
  • A 1% surcharge on deposits and payments, and 3% on gift vouchers
  • Now one brand inside The Access Group, after being sold by Accor in 2023
Why switch

The short version.

Why venues switch to
  • You want bookings and Wi-Fi capture, loyalty and reviews feeding one profile you own.
  • If your brand matters, Stampede is the choice: every venue gets its own fully branded booking page, and one brand kit carries it across menus, events, emails, the wallet card and the Wi-Fi splash, not just a styled booking widget.
  • You want it all in one flat price, not a booking plan plus add-on after add-on.
  • You want to turn walk-ins into regulars, not just the guests who already book.
  • You want an independent platform, not one that has changed hands twice.
  • You want your data future-proofed for AI, with one guest record across every service rather than a booking tool’s slice.
Where it falls short

ResDiary only fits if

  • You want a proven, commission-free bookings and table-management tool.
  • You are happy to add CRM and marketing as separate paid modules.
  • Sitting inside a large software group (Access) suits you.
