  • Advanced surveys and email survey requests only come on the top published tier, at nearly double the entry price
  • Tripadvisor sits behind the Premium Sources add-on
  • Actions & Ticketing, Competitive Insights and Social Suite are add-ons
  • Premium Integrations are an add-on too, and there are no bookings, Wi-Fi or loyalty
