Yes. Both are UK hospitality platforms doing email marketing, automation and a unified guest CRM. The difference is that Airship is a CRM layer fed by integrations, while Stampede owns the capture: Wi-Fi, bookings, loyalty and reviews are native, feeding one profile.
Because AI is only as good as the data beneath it. Airship is a CRM that sits on other tools’ data: Wi-Fi capture, bookings and payments all arrive by integration. On Stampede, every booking, Wi-Fi login, Square payment, loyalty point and review lands on one guest record as it happens, so our AI agent answers from your data, not a guess, and asks before it acts.
Airship ingests Wi-Fi, booking and payment data from third-party tools and markets on top of it. Stampede captures that data itself, so bookings, Wi-Fi, payments and reviews are native features rather than integrations, and its loyalty is a points programme on every venue rather than offers on Airship’s top plan.
Not natively. Airship reads Wi-Fi data through third-party captive-portal connectors (Stampede is even one of them) and appends booking data from partners like ResDiary and OpenTable. Stampede runs the Wi-Fi capture and bookings itself.
Airship Rewards drops offers such as 2 for 1 or 10% off into a guest’s browser-based profile, rather than running a points scheme, and it is only included on Airship’s top Expert plan. Stampede includes a points loyalty programme on every venue, with an Apple or Google Wallet card and no app to download.
