Our award application focuses on the UK-wide rollout of the Stampede platform at the Best Western GB hotels. We want to equip their hotels with the right tools to succeed with data and digital marketing.
Until now, most of Best Western GB’s guest data is withheld by Online Travel Agencies (OTA). Hotels are therefore not able to get in touch with their guests after their stay. Plus, a lot of hotel operators feel inexperienced and unsure about doing email marketing, which is holding them back from using it.
Our platform is built to make marketing easy, especially for busy operators. With Stampede, hotels can now start building their own customer mailing list through their Guest WiFi. This means, that customers who have booked via OTAs can be contacted via email marketing and turned into direct bookers moving forward.
By using Stampede, Best Western GB hotels can easily create low-cost and high-return email campaigns. What makes those quick-to-set-up campaigns so effective is the intelligent use of guest data insights.
In addition, our innovative reporting suite allows operators to better track their guest interaction, both online and in-venue. By linking those insights, they can create targeted and personalised campaigns to increase bookings and customer loyalty.
