Stampede started with a problem hiding in plain sight.

While working as a WiFi systems installer, our founder Patrick Clover saw just how poor the guest WiFi experience was — for customers and operators alike. Clunky logins. Zero insight. Missed opportunity. There had to be a better way.

So in 2016, he built it.

Inspired by the best of modern tech and the magic of seamless digital experiences, Patrick launched Stampede with a simple idea: guest WiFi that actually works. Better UX. Easier management. Real functionality.

The Fuel

Then came the data.

What began as a better WiFi experience quickly unlocked something bigger. Rich customer insights. Real behaviour. Real opportunity.

Driven by hospitality feedback, Stampede evolved into a single platform for email and SMS marketing, automation, reviews, feedback, gift cards and loyalty — all built in, all connected.

What was once a basic data capture point became a genuine revenue engine, usable by hospitality businesses of any size.
