A new kind of marketplace for hospitality apps

The app marketplace connects external hospitality apps into Stampede, and the developer portal shows how to build new integrations.

Customers keep introducing us to the other hospitality apps they run alongside Stampede, from booking platforms to point of sale and email tools, and the value shows up when those data sources connect. To make that easier, we launched an app marketplace for centralising customer data in Stampede. Alongside it we released a Developer Portal, an easier way to connect new data sources.

The marketplace is open. It moves beyond outdated file transfers and account managers handling data by hand behind the scenes. Connections are real-time, so data moves between apps and Stampede as it happens.

For operators

The app marketplace connects your external data sources into a single system, so bookings, orders and marketing activity land against the same guest.

With your marketing data in one place you get better visibility and easier access to it. No manual imports and exports between systems, which saves time and lowers the GDPR risk of customer data sitting in too many places.

Connecting a table booking platform or an order-to-table app into Stampede means the same guest data feeds your marketing, your analytics and your workflows. Repetitive tasks get shorter, and your team gets time back.

With campaigns reporting into the same system, you can judge them on bookings and covers rather than clicks, and adjust while something is still running.

Apps on the marketplace at launch included OpenTable, Roller and Storekit.

Log into your account at product.stampede.ai, click your account icon in the bottom left menu and head to the App Marketplace to set up your connections.

For developers

The Developer Portal is a dedicated space for app developers to connect their products over a REST API.

Developers get open-source tools and a knowledge base covering what an integration needs to run well.

Head to developer.stampede.ai to find out more and begin an integration. It covers which data to send into Stampede, such as guest contact details, order information and venue information, to feed your marketing audiences.

The portal gives developers a supported route to connect to Stampede, which helps them grow and adds value for their operator clients.
