Why SMS verification is important?

• The whole world has a mobile phone number
• Guaranteed deliverability
• Instant validation through modern smartphones
• SMS marketing has a 97% read rate within 15 minutes

Why did we build this?

We have always validated customer phone numbers as they type it out, but after lots of customer feedback, we realised that more advanced guaranteed SMS delivery would require a product update

How does it work?

After we have run our first validation check on the phone number we will now send that number a unique code. If using a mobile phone the field will automatically populate and that’s it!

How to use this feature?

Log in to the product here and goto Branding > Capture and then select SMS Code Verification

That’s it now any new phone number will get verified.
