Coming Soon – The Enquiry Pipeline

Coming Soon – The Enquiry Pipeline

We’re gearing up to launch the Enquiry Pipeline within the Stampede booking platform, purpose-built for managing large, high-value, and often complex booking enquiries.

It’s been designed with one goal: to give you total visibility from first enquiry to confirmed table, without the spreadsheet chaos.

What is it?

The Enquiry Pipeline is a new workspace inside your Stampede dashboard that helps you manage private hires, large groups, and bespoke bookings.

You’ll be able to:

  • Have a clear, trackable view of every incoming enquiry
  • Track value across the full pipeline
  • Assign enquiries across your team
  • Quickly spot what’s pending, in progress, or at risk
  • Take action fast — all from one central view

It’s connected to your bookings system, so every update is in sync. No switching tools. No copy-paste. Just one clear path from lead to seated.

Why we’re building it

We’ve spoken to dozens of hospitality businesses who all said the same thing: when a big enquiry comes in, everything else stops.

Between emails, DMs, shift changes and long lead times, enquiry management has become a manual, disjointed mess — and the stakes are high.

So we built a system that reflects how group bookings actually work: multiple touchpoints, multiple team members, and a fast-moving timeline. The Enquiry Pipeline brings it all into one clean, connected view.

How it works

Guests trigger an enquiry when they reach your venue’s table size limit on the booking form. Instead of hitting a dead end, they’re shown a branded enquiry form. From there, you capture key information up front:

  • Date and time
  • Party size
  • Contact info
  • Any notes

The enquiry appears in your “New Enquiries” column on the dashboard, giving your team visibility over what’s just come in and what needs triaging.

Once someone from your team responds, the enquiry moves to “In Progress.” Here, the team can:

  • Reply directly from the system
  • Ask for more details (for example, occasion, layout preferences, budget)
  • Offer available times or packages

When the guest is ready to proceed, you can send a deposit request via a payment link. You can also provisionally hold tables using the integrated booking system without switching between platforms.

Once the deposit is paid, the enquiry status updates to “Confirmed.” Your team can move forward with confidence, knowing the booking is secured.

Pre-orders are available at every stage. Menus can be sent, and guests can submit their choices online. There’s no need for back-and-forth emails or chasing dietary requirements. Everything is tracked within the system.

If the guest cancels, the enquiry moves to “Cancelled.” You can log a cancellation reason and use this data to improve offers, packages, or future follow-ups.

Throughout the pipeline, your team can see the total potential value of upcoming group bookings. This gives managers and GMs a clearer picture of forecasted revenue and resource planning.

Every step is designed to reduce admin, increase visibility, and make group bookings easier to manage at scale.

When’s it available?

We’re rolling this new feature out very soon, so make sure your team is ready when it goes live. If you’d like an early look, you can book a demo or speak to your account manager to see it in action.

This is just the beginning. The Enquiry Pipeline is one of many new features coming to Stampede this Summer.
