Best Western Premier Mount Pleasant Hotel was crowned Hotel of the Year with a high AA rating, and is known for its history and modern refurbishment. Nestled in 100 acre grounds in Doncaster, England, the family-run 4-star country house hotel occupies a beautiful Georgian building, offering guests a tranquil retreat with stunning decor and gardens.

The Challenge

Before Stampede, their main challenge was gathering the data in their database and ensuring they were emailing customers with their direct offers and they were actually opening that email.
