"I really like how the layout and design of the bookings page look like an extension of our own website, which is important for maintaining consistency and continuity across the platforms for our guests.
The user journey is seamless from clicking a button on our website to then clicking through and reserving a table or booking a ticket to one of our events. I love all the extras like being able to select dietary, allergen and special occasion information as well as the Google Map and Uber integrations at the booking confirmation stage.
It is going to allow us to be more personalised in what we promote to our guests. We will be able to build up information about our guests' preferences i.e. Sunday Lunch, Afternoon Tea, Murder Mystery events, etc. and be able to keep guests up-to-date with the type of information that interests them and add value to being subscribed to our mailing list."
