Our brand, in one place.
Approved logos, colours, type and the words we use. Everything an agency, journalist or new teammate needs to represent Stampede correctly, and nothing they have to guess.
What Stampede is.
Engineering for hospitality. Stampede turns every booking, Wi-Fi login, payment and review into one guest profile you own, so you can bring them back.
Stampede turns every booking, Wi-Fi login, payment and review into one guest profile you own, so you can bring them back. It replaces a scattered stack of tools with one platform, on a single flat price, with guest data that stays yours. Built in Scotland, Stampede powers 2,500+ UK venues.
Stampede is the guest-engagement platform for hospitality. Most venues run a scattered stack: bookings in one tool, Wi-Fi in another, spend sat in the till, reviews in the inbox. None of it joins up, so no one really knows who the guest is, or when they were last in.
Stampede brings bookings, Wi-Fi, payments, reviews and loyalty into one system, and every event resolves to one live guest profile the operator owns. Capture, unify, act: events are captured as they happen, merged onto the right guest, and win-backs, loyalty and review requests fire automatically. Pricing is one flat price per venue, with no commission and no per-cover fees, and Stampede integrates with Square.
Guest data is UK-owned and GDPR-clean, and it stays the operator's to keep and export. AI sits on top as foundations, not the headline: one clean profile per guest, underpinned by a connected graph database. Built in Scotland, Stampede powers 2,500+ UK venues.
One line, one pitch.
Approved eyebrow, above the wordmark: Engineering for hospitality. Category descriptor: the guest-engagement platform for hospitality.
Bookings in one tool, Wi-Fi in another, spend in the till, reviews in the inbox. None of it joins up, so no one knows who the guest is or when they were last in. Stampede turns every booking, Wi-Fi login, payment and review into one guest profile you own, then acts on it: win-backs, loyalty and review requests fire automatically. One flat price per venue, data that stays yours, and 2,500+ UK venues already live. Every guest. One profile. Yours.
The approved wording.
Six positioning wedges. Lead with the one that fits the story, always in these words.
Every guest, one profile.
Bookings, Wi-Fi, payments, reviews and loyalty resolve to one live record the venue owns.
It acts on its own.
Events are captured, merged onto the right guest, and the next move fires automatically.
One price per venue.
One subscription, one bill. No commission, no per-cover fees.
The data stays yours.
UK-owned and GDPR-clean. Independent, not swallowed by a bigger group.
We move you over.
Bookings, contacts and history brought across for you, with no booking lost.
AI, done properly.
One clean profile per guest on a connected graph database. AI is foundations, not the lead.
How we sound.
Engineering-led and honest. Show the data model, do not assert it. British English throughout.
The rule of three
Section titles are three words or fewer. The hero is the one exception: three short sentences, a three-beat rhythm.
Concrete and short
Specificity over adjectives. One idea per line. Sub-titles are one line, plain, and they end.
British English
colour, behaviour, organise, favourite, centre, customise, optimise. Always.
- Lead with a specific claim.
- Use commas and full stops.
- Name the seven modules plainly.
- Let the product surface prove the point.
- Em-dashes. Not once.
- Emoji in copy or UI.
- Category clichés and jargon.
- American spellings.
The marks.
The wordmark and the Ai mark. Use the supplied files. Do not recreate, recolour or restyle them.
- Keep clear space equal to the height of the "s" on every side.
- Use the gradient wordmark on Stone or Kitchen.
- Use the Kitchen-green mark on light, the Stone mark on dark.
- Scale the supplied files, keeping proportions.
- Recolour, stretch, rotate or add effects.
- Place the gradient wordmark on a busy photo.
- Recreate the mark or the "Ai" gradient by hand.
- Add a drop shadow, outline or container box.
The palette.
A warm, low-colour canvas with a single rationed accent. Colour carries meaning, never decoration.
Pink (#ff2d87) and amber (#ffa234) appear only blended inside the gradient, never as solid fills. The gradient is a subtle highlight only: the primary button, one accent word, a diagram hub. Never a background wash.
Two typefaces.
Mont Heavy for the one big display moment. Montserrat for everything else. No third family.
Weight 900. Reserved for the hero H1, the single big display moment. Tracking -0.02em.
Headings (H2 to H4, bold 700), body, labels, buttons, captions. Everything except the hero.
Two type sizes per section, maximum. Measure around 60 to 72 characters. "Technical" labels are Montserrat uppercase with wide tracking, not a monospace font.
Take the pack.
Every approved logo file, ready to use. Grab the full set or a single mark.
